The Olive Fatigue Chino is the workhorse of our trouser range — a regular-fit, 8 oz cotton twill fatigue pant with reinforced knee, gusset crotch, and double-needle hem. Cut from BCI-traceable cotton, dyed in small lots, and finished in our Porto mill.
It is the trouser that has anchored three decades of capsule collections — pulled in by a Parisian concept store in 1996, picked up by a Brooklyn label in 2008, copied (poorly) by a fast-fashion giant in 2014. We are still cutting the same fit block in 2026.

Can I tweak this fit-block for my brand?
Yes. From 300 pc we adjust the waist, rise, leg cut, and add branding (leather patch, woven label, custom hardware). Below 300 pc we offer label-only private label on the stock fit-block. Two refinement rounds are included in any 300+ pc custom run.
What is the difference between "private label" and "OEM"?
Private label: we manufacture the stock fit-block under your label, label design, and retail packaging. Lead time 14 days. OEM: we develop a unique fit-block against your spec, with full pattern IP transfer. Lead time 12 weeks. Both are produced in the same Porto mill under the same QC team.
Do you provide samples before order?
Yes. A 3-piece sample kit (S/M/L) is €45 and ships within 48 hours via DHL Express. For custom OEM development, two rounds of proto samples are included in the brief fee.
What certifications do you hold?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for the dye-house, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for fabric chemical safety, BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) for cotton sourcing, SA8000 social audit, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar. We can also manufacture to GRS recycled standards if you need a recycled-cotton line.
Can you ship directly to our 3PL or DC?
Yes. We ship daily to retail 3PLs (ShipBob, Deliverr, Huboo) and brand DCs across the EU, US, JP, and AU. We can pre-label with carton / FNSKU / ASN labels, polybag, and case in shipper-friendly cartons with your routing guide applied.
What is the IP position on bespoke fit-blocks?
You own the IP. We retain the right to manufacture the stock fit-block for other stockists unless you commission an exclusive (MOQ uplift applies). Every OEM brief includes an IP transfer agreement signed at the discovery stage.
