Our heritage toner is built on a single, slow, steam-distilled hydrosol of Rosa damascena from partner fields in the Valley of the Roses, Bulgaria. No alcohol. No added fragrance. No shortcuts.

Can I tweak this formula for my brand?
Yes. From 1,000 pc we adjust the rose concentration, pH, scent family, and add actives (niacinamide, peptides, etc.). Below 1,000 pc we offer label-only private label on the stock formula. Two refinement rounds are included in any 1,000+ pc custom run.
What is the difference between "private label" and "OEM"?
Private label: we fill our stock formula under your label, label design, and box. Lead time 14 days. OEM: we develop a formula unique to your brief, with full IP transfer. Lead time 14 weeks. Both are produced in the same Grasse atelier under the same QC team.
Do you provide samples before order?
Yes. A 5 × 30 ml evaluation kit is €28 and ships within 48 hours via DHL Express. For custom OEM development, two rounds of 500 ml lab samples are included in the brief fee.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 22716 (cosmetic GMP), Cosmos Natural, Cosmos Organic, Vegan Society, Leaping Bunny (cruelty-free since 1989), EcoCert, EU Ecolabel. We can also manufacture to COSMOS Organic if you need an organic-certified line.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA / 3PL?
Yes. We have 14 active FNSKUs on Amazon US/EU and ship to a dozen retail 3PLs (ShipBob, Deliverr, Huboo). We can pre-label with FNSKU/UPC, polybag, and case in shipper-friendly cartons.
What is the IP position on bespoke formulas?
You own the IP. We retain the right to manufacture the stock formula for other stockists unless you commission an exclusive (MOQ uplift applies). Every OEM brief includes an IP transfer agreement signed at the discovery stage.
