Wood sourcing

FSC-certified European walnut, kiln-dried oak and reclaimed Burmese teak. Traceable to forest.

Frame construction

Mortise & tenon joinery, kiln-dried to 8% moisture. Frames warranted for life.

Hand joinery

Hand-cut dovetails, finger joints and exposed tenons on every load-bearing joint.

Finishing

7-layer hand-rubbed oil finish. Zero-VOC, food-safe, repairable on-site.
