Forest selection

FSC-certified European oak, kiln-dried oak, Burmese teak — traceable to forest.

Kiln-drying

8–12 months air & kiln drying to 8% moisture. Stable for underfloor heating.

Profile cutting

Tongue & groove, mortise & tenon, end-matched. Tolerance ±0.2 mm.

Finishing

7-coat hand-rubbed hardwax oil. Zero-VOC, food-safe, repairable on-site.

QC & shipping

AB-graded, hand-inspected, climate-controlled packaging, palletised.
